Order and Payment
How to order online:-

1. Find Items
Use the 'Search Products' facility to look for something specific.

2. Add to Cart
Add products you want to buy to the 'Shopping Cart'.
You can change the quantities or remove items if you change your mind. The total amount will be displayed on the screen.

3. Pay Online
You can pay with a credit or debit card using the secure online payment facility via Paypal. You will be given an Order Number to track your order on this website.

4. Despatch
You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately after payment has been sent.
We will endeavour to despatch items within 2 working days (Monday to Friday).


Payment:-

We accept most major credit and debit cards. All card payments are securely handled via Paypal.

We also accept personal cheques issued by a UK bank, although you will need to allow 5 working days for cheque clearance. Cheques should be made payable to Carol Kelly.

Postage and Packaging
We will endeavour to despatch items from stock within 2 working days (Monday to Friday) of receipt of payment, using either Royal Mail Recorded Signed For, or Special Delivery. A signature is required upon delivery in both cases. Please specify your preferred method of delivery during the Checkout procedure.

The cost of delivery in the UK via Recorded Signed For is £2.50 per order. The cost of delivery in the UK via Special Delivery is £5.50 per order. Please note that the Special Delivery service guarantees next day delivery by 1pm and enables you to claim compensation for actual loss up to £500.

Despatch times for commissioned items will be advised at the time of order.

Please note that we do not currently ship to outside of the UK.

Returns Policy
Items must be returned to us in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend that you use the Royal Mail Recorded Signed For service as proof of postage.

We can only accept unused and unworn items that are received by us in perfect condition. We regret that for hygiene reasons earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned.

The cost of returned items and the original postage paid can be refunded or exchanged for alternative items to the same value.

If an item is faulty or not as described we will replace it wherever possible, or refund the purchase price (including postage) if it is returned to us in its original, unused and unworn condition within 14 days of receipt, together with your invoice.
