Can I alter the necklace length?
The lengths given are approximate to the nearest centimetre. Most necklaces are made with an extension chain which allows you to add up to 5-6cm to the length. You can purchase extension chains as a separate item. They are available in silver, gold, antique copper and gunmetal finishes and cost £1.50 each (product code XCHN in 'Bits & Bobs' Category).

Can I order a different colour?
Yes. The majority of designs can be made up in most colours. Please telephone or email with details of your request.

How do I care for my jewellery?
Treat as a delicate item. Avoid exposure to water or chemicals, including perfume. Store carefully, ideally in a jewel box or in a dark sealed bag to avoid tarnishing. If tarnishing does occur, we recommend careful polishing with a silver cleaning cloth.

What does silver and gold mean?
The words 'silver' and 'gold' are used to describe the colour of an item - they do not mean that the item is made from a precious metal. Where silver-plated, gold-plated or sterling silver is used, this is specified in the description.

Earring hooks
The majority of earring hooks are silver or gold-plated and nickel free. Sterling silver hooks can be fitted at an additional cost of £2.00 per pair of earrings. All earring designs feature an option to fit sterling silver hooks - just click this option and add to your shopping cart.
